Air Conditioning Servicing and Maintenance Plans
Greater Manchester and North West UK
SAS Service and Maintenance Contracts.
We offer three levels of maintenance cover, all designed to provide our customers with priority response times over non-contract customers.
We can also tailor a bespoke maintenance package to suit your specific requirements, based on the number and type of air conditioning units you have.
What’s Included in Every Air Conditioning Maintenance Plan
Keep your system running efficiently with a comprehensive annual preventative maintenance visit. Our engineers carry out a full inspection, deep clean, performance check, and system optimisation to help prevent breakdowns, improve energy efficiency, and extend the lifespan of your air conditioning equipment.
Annual test certificate, FGas log and engineers report
Annual test certificate, updated F-Gas log, and a detailed engineer’s report provided following each major maintenance visit, giving you a full record of system performance, compliance, and any recommended actions.
Discount on any new equipment and spare parts
Exclusive discounted rates on new equipment, replacement parts, and future system upgrades for contract customers.
Priority Technical Support
Priority technical support with direct access to expert advice and faster response times when you need assistance.
Why Choose Us?
All of our three levels of maintenance cover ensure a priority service response over non–contractual customers, equating to less downtime, should a breakdown occur. Please view our maintenance contracts for full benefits of our cover and prices. You can also learn more about what is involved in a major and minor preventative maintenance visit by clicking here. We can also create a bespoke contract for you, based on the number and type of units you have.
F-Gas regulation compliance
F-Gas regulations now require that all operators of hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) refrigeration and air conditioning systems take “all precautionary measures practicable” to prevent and minimise leakage. This means that all fixed equipment systems with a refrigerant charge greater than 3kg (this includes the majority of systems currently installed in the UK) will require an annual check for leakage undertaken by qualified personnel, who will need to properly recover any HCFC refrigerant removed from a system.
At SAS Air Conditioning Services, you can rest assured that we are fully qualified to undertake this work.

Protect your warranty
It is a pre-requirement of the our manufacturers’ extended warranties (where applicable) that a maintenance contract is in force throughout the entire warranty period.
