2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotations are free unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Prices may vary if additional work is required that was not included in the original quotation.
We reserve the right to amend prices due to supplier increases, unforeseen circumstances, or customer-requested changes.
3. Bookings & Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability.
Customers must provide accurate contact and property details when booking.
If access to the property is not available at the agreed time, additional charges may apply.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of work unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We accept bank transfer, BACS, and cash payments.
Late payments may incur additional charges and interest in accordance with UK law.
5. Cancellations
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a call-out charge.
6. Installation Work
Installation dates are estimates and may change due to weather, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for installation work where applicable.
We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
7. Repairs & Maintenance
While we aim to repair all systems efficiently, we cannot guarantee that all faults can be repaired immediately.
Replacement parts may need to be ordered and could delay completion.
Regular servicing is recommended to maintain efficiency and warranty compliance.
8. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment supplied where applicable.
Our workmanship guarantee covers installation-related issues for 12 months unless stated otherwise.
Warranties do not cover misuse, accidental damage, lack of maintenance, or third-party interference.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide safe and clear access to the work area.
Ensure pets and children are kept away from working areas.
Inform us of any known electrical, structural, or plumbing issues before work begins.
10. Liability
We hold public liability insurance for all work undertaken.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or earnings.
Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
11. Website Use
